Lais Nogueira Maldi is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Supervisor of Quality Assurance at MAX Solutions since July 2025, Lais previously held roles at SteriMax Inc. as Associate Quality Systems, where significant improvements to the GMP Training Program were implemented, and at Cosmetica Laboratories Inc. as Quality Compliance Coordinator, managing the rollout of an electronic Quality Management System. Lais' career also includes positions at Laboratório Teuto/Pfizer, Supleforma, and Farmogral, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, quality system documentation, and operational oversight. Lais holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Universidade Paulista and an Advanced Diploma in Biotechnology from Centennial College.
