Vice President of Global Sales at Maxava

John Dominic, MBA has extensive experience in sales and business development roles in the software solutions and services industry. John began their career in 1999 as a Sales Operations Coordinator at ColorGATE Digital Output Solutions GmbH, where they played a key role in launching a new US operation and successfully led new business development efforts. From 2002 to 2008, they served as the US Regional Sales Manager at Safestone Technologies, where they directed all business development in the Americas and managed a large customer base and a team of direct reports. In 2008, Dominic joined Halcyon Software as the Vice President of Sales, overseeing all business development and strategic alliances in the Americas. John managed over 300 direct and channel customer accounts and led initiatives for key accounts such as USA Today, Sunkist, and TD Bank. Since 2013, Dominic has been working at Maxava as the Vice President of Global Sales, where they are responsible for the development and execution of initiatives for business expansion and strategic alliances in the Americas and Europe. John directly manages employees at three international locations.

John Dominic, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Delaware Valley University, which they completed from 2017 to 2019. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Technical Arts from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, John has also received certifications as an IBM Systems TechU Speaker in both 2020 and 2021 through IBM.
