Ahmad Najmuddin Basri

Ahmad Najmuddin Basri is a Senior Process and Equipment Engineer at Maxeon Solar Technologies since October 2022, with prior experience as a Senior Process Engineer at Hanwha Group from May 2016 to December 2022. In the role at Hanwha Group, Ahmad was responsible for setting up new line processes, developing technical plans for product stabilization, conducting analyses for product failures, and maintaining line KPIs related to yield and safety. Ahmad also collaborated with various departments for line improvements and conducted audits for product certification. Earlier, Ahmad worked as a Product Engineer at Samsung Electronics, focusing on mechanical parts development for LCM production, and as a Technical Assistant at IQM Malaysia Sdn Bhd, supporting production planning and new project layouts. Ahmad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA, completed in 2013.
