Rhia Dator

Rhia Dator is a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer with a strong background in the solar energy sector, currently working at Maxeon Solar Technologies since August 2020 and at SunPower Malaysia since November 2018. Previously, Dator held positions as a Process Engineer at Asurion and as a Process and Equipment Engineer at SunPower Philippines Manufacturing Limited from February 2007 to January 2017. Dator possesses expertise in various business processes including PCP, Stage Gates, PCR, SPC, and EPR, and has successfully led interdepartmental and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Dator holds a Master’s Degree in Materials Sciences from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities.
