Jelena Kolchina started their work experience in 2005 at MAXIMA Eesti OÜ, where they worked in accounting until 2019. In 2019, they joined Magnetic MRO AS as an Account Specialist for a few months before returning to MAXIMA Eesti. At MAXIMA Eesti, they held the position of Head of accounting group until November 2021, when they were promoted to Chief Accountant.
From 2001 to 2005, Jelena Kolchina studied at Majanduse ja juhtimise instituut, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Raamatupidaja-Audit.
