Howard Tee

Howard Tee has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Howard started their career at Pelican One as a Logistic Officer in 2008, followed by a role as an Account Assistant at S.F Lee & Co in 2010. Howard then joined UHY Audit Firm as an Audit Trainee, where they gained experience in conducting audits for public listed and SME companies.

In 2012, Howard joined Proctor & Gamble as a Customer Business Development Key Account Manager, responsible for developing business strategies and managing sales teams. Howard later became a Senior Key Account Manager, overseeing total channel business and successfully increasing sales volume by 14% through effective go-to-market execution and category management.

Howard's next role was at AIESEC in Malaysia, where they held various positions including Vice President of Corporate Relations and Vice President of Incoming Exchange.

In 2017, Howard joined Hong Leong Bank Berhad as a Manager, Strategy & Planning, and later assumed the role of Strategy & Business Development Manager, Auto Loan, Personal Financial Services. In this role, they led the development of innovative marketing programs, established strategic partnerships, and achieved significant revenue growth.

Howard'smost recent position was at Maxis, where they served as the Head of Sales, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Howard has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

Howard Tee received their Master's degree in Project Management from HELP University, where they studied from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Accounting from Universiti Putra Malaysia, specializing in Accounting and Marketing, from 2008 to 2012.
