Muhammad Syafiq Mastor is a skilled mobile app specialist with extensive experience in mobile application development and user interface/user experience design. Currently serving at Maxis since August 2019, Muhammad is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Hotlink iOS mobile app for over 870,000 active users and led the design of the app's architecture during a rebranding effort. Previous roles include mobile developer at iPay88, where Muhammad created a mobile-based point-of-sale application and a Two Factor Authentication application, and freelance iOS developer & UI/UX designer, engineering the Umrahloka iOS app. Muhammad's expertise also spans technical leadership at OpenMinds™, where oversight of the OpenSpace App was provided, and developing the 'Syukur Selalu' application at Terato Tech Sdn Bhd. Muhammad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
