Yu-Shen Saw has a diverse work experience with various companies. Yu-Shen worked as the Head of Corporate Responsibility at Maxis starting from May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Operations (Education) at Yayasan PETRONAS from December 2020 to May 2023. Yu-Shen also worked as an Associate Consultant at Dalberg from September 2019 to November 2020. Before that, they were a Manager at PADU Corporation from October 2015 to July 2018, where they were responsible for designing and delivering national education transformation initiatives. Yu-Shen started their career as an Executive at Bank Negara Malaysia from January 2015 to October 2015. Yu-Shen gained valuable experience as a Programme Officer at MERCY Malaysia from February 2010 to June 2014, primarily focusing on relief operations.
Yu-Shen Saw earned a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in 2018-2019. They also received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2006-2009. In addition, Yu-Shen Saw obtained several certifications including PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management and PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018. They also received MSP® Foundation certification from APMG International in 2017.
