Yuepeng Zheng

Yuepeng Zheng, Ph.D, currently serves as the Director of Digital IC Design Engineering at MaxLinear since January 2021, where responsibilities include building a premier Digital IC design team and leading the design and validation of DSP/SoC products using advanced technologies for high-speed interconnect applications. Prior to this role, positions included DMTS at ON Semiconductor, focusing on 802.11ax PHY modem ASIC design, and PMTS at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where efforts were directed towards high-speed SerDes and Silicon Photonics links. Experience also includes a Principal Engineer role at Qualcomm, Senior Director of VLSI Design at Ikanos Communications, and various leadership roles at Conexant Systems, Globespan, and Hughes Network Systems. Yuepeng Zheng holds a Ph.D in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Oregon State University.
