Tara van Leerdam has a diverse background in retail and sales operations, currently serving as a Pro Sales Specialist at RONA since March 2021, where responsibilities have included roles as Department Manager for both Seasonal and Paint categories, as well as Customer Service Associate. Simultaneously, Tara has been engaged with MaxSold since March 2019 as a Photographer, Cataloguer, and Security personnel. Previous experience includes serving as Retail Training Manager and Store Manager at Mister Safety Shoes Inc. from July 2018 to March 2021, and a lengthy tenure at Henry's from February 2000 to July 2018, where positions ranged from National Sales Operations Manager to Retail Sales Associate and Customer Service Representative.
