Lanette Pogue

Lanette Pogue is a Tax Associate at Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP, the largest locally owned accounting firm in the Greater Austin area, since August 2018. Previous experience includes serving as Board Treasurer for Divine Canines and a Supervising Senior at Flieller, Kruger & Skelton, PLLC, where Lanette provided technical expertise in preparing complex tax filings and training team members. Lanette has also worked as a Tax Associate at The Wenmohs Group, conducting tax research and compliance for various industries, and as a Tax Intern at PMB Helin Donovan. Additional roles as an Adjunct Faculty in Speech at multiple colleges and as a Sole Proprietorship offering formatting and consultancy services further enhance Lanette's diverse professional background. Lanette holds a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University-Sacramento.
