Steve Byrne

Steve Byrne has extensive experience in engineering and quality management, currently serving as the Director of Test & Validation Engineering at Maxwell Technologies since 2008. Responsibilities include qualification testing for new products and providing engineering support. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions at Tesla, effectively increasing test capabilities after Maxwell's acquisition in 2019. Steve's earlier career at Intel spanned over a decade, where significant contributions included managing customer quality engineering and supplier quality engineering, overseeing manufacturing engineering, and leading teams in photomask fabrication operations. Steve began professional endeavors in equipment engineering at Intel and Xicor.
