John Cavicchio

John Cavicchio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both academia and the engineering field. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Wayne State University and Embedded Systems Manager at May Mobility, John possesses a robust background in embedded software development, vehicle autonomy, and systems engineering. Previous roles include Embedded Software Technical Lead at DCS Corp, Principal Lead Software Engineer at HARMAN International, and various leadership positions at Visteon and Ford Motor Company, where John spearheaded significant projects in telematics, audio/video technology, and electrical product design. John holds a PhD and MS in Computer Science from Wayne State University, an MSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and a BS in Computer Science from Michigan State University.
