Aamir Chhapra

Aamir Chhapra is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Group IT Operations Manager at Maybourne Hotel Group since January 2022, Aamir has developed and executed operational strategies to enhance organizational growth and efficiency while managing a team of IT experts. Prior to this, Aamir was the Cluster IT Manager at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah for over 12 years, where responsibilities included overseeing IT infrastructure, managing daily operations, and ensuring service levels and operational metrics were met. Aamir's earlier roles included Systems Administrator and IT Team Lead at the same establishment, as well as Senior IT Support Specialist at Burj Al Arab Hotel. Aamir holds a Master's degree in Management from Westminster Business School and a BA (Honors) in Business Information Systems from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside.
