Donna Estep is an experienced arts and education professional currently serving as the Distributor Support Manager at Mayco Colors since March 2023. In addition to this role, Donna is a member of the Coordinating Committee for the Columbus Arts Festival since June 2013, focusing on social media and artist outreach. Previous positions include an associate at Columbus College of Art & Design (July 2021 - March 2023), Board Secretary for the Franklinton Arts District (July 2019 - March 2022), and leading roles in various arts initiatives such as Franklinton Friday and Cap City Creatives. Donna managed a retail team of 12 at United Art and Education for nearly 20 years and served on the steering committee for Creative Arts of Women from 2015 to 2018. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art Education from Wilmington College and has prior experience as a seasonal zoo keeper at the Columbus Zoo.
