Dan Snyder

Dan Snyder is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Global Director of Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis at Mayer Brown since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of Mergers and Acquisitions Director at MGT from October 2022 to July 2023. Dan's extensive experience at Accenture spanned over 16 years, where responsibilities included leadership of financial integration for over $2 billion in mergers and acquisitions, management of global financial reporting and consolidations, and preparation of regulatory documents. Earlier in the career, Dan worked as a Senior Accountant at Santana, Byrd and Jaap, P.A., and as an Accountant at Lackman & Company CPAs. Dan holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
