Jason Elder

Jason Elder is a Partner at Mayer Brown LLP, where Jason has been since July 2010, also serving as a Registered Foreign Consultant in New York. Elder holds multiple leadership roles within the firm, including Global Head of Corporate and member of the Firm Global Management Committee and Partnership Board. Notably, Elder has advised on significant transactions, such as a US$4.3 billion US-registered bond offering. In addition to practice, Elder is an Assistant Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, focusing on current issues in securities regulation. Prior experience includes being a Partner at Sidley Austin LLP, where Elder specialized in capital markets transactions, and serving as an Associate at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP.
