Kylie Fligstein

Kylie Fligstein has extensive experience in various executive and operational roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer at Mayfield Fund since August 2022, Kylie previously held positions including Executive Business Partner to the VP of Product and Engineering at Sourcegraph and Customer Strategy & Operations Manager at Boxbot. Additional roles include being an Executive Assistant at SourceRock Partners and Merchants of Beverage, along with earlier experiences in human resources at Lithium Technologies and ASSIA, Inc. Kylie holds a multifaceted educational background with degrees in Business, History, Sociology from the University of Redlands, and has completed workshops in negotiations, financial modeling, valuation, and digital marketing.
