Nathan Delafield

Nathan Delafield, MD FACP, currently serves as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency at Mayo Clinic since January 2020, where responsibilities include hospitalist duties. Previously, Nathan held positions as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Creighton University School of Medicine and as an Internal Medicine Physician with District Medical Group from July 2019 to July 2022. Additionally, Nathan contributed to the Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation as a board member, advocating for foster children's welfare. Nathan's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Arizona State University. Nathan completed the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Mayo Clinic from 2016 to 2019, and possesses a strong commitment to excellence in patient care, medical education, and research.
