Sonu Kumar

Sonu Kumar is a data scientist currently employed at Maytronics and the India-Israel Innovation HUB since October 2023. Prior to this, Sonu worked as a Data Scientist Analyst at Accenture from October 2021 to October 2023, focusing on sales demand forecasting in the retail sector using various statistical and machine learning techniques. Sonu's earlier experience includes serving as a Junior Research Fellow at the National Aerosol Facility, IIT Kanpur, where work involved estimating particulate matter values for the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, and at the Energy Analytics Lab, IIT Kanpur, concentrating on short-term load demand forecasting for Chhattisgarh state. Academic credentials include an MTech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panjab University Chandigarh.
