Fred Jowett

Fred Jowett has an extensive work experience, starting from 1999. Fred worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Derwent Information Ltd from September 1999 to April 2000. Fred then joined weComm Ltd as the Chief Architect from May 2000 to March 2011. Fred Jowett worked as the Director of Architecture, Mobility Solutions at OpenText from March 2011 to July 2012. Fred then served as the Chief Technology Officer at Simplify Digital from July 2012 to December 2016. Fred Jowett worked as the Product Architecture and R&D Director at Connected World Services (part of the Carphone Warehouse Group) from January 2017 to April 2017, and later as the Director of Product Architecture and R&D at honeybee from May 2017 to June 2018. Fred then joined Synchronoss Technologies as the Senior Director of Product Architecture from June 2018 to August 2020. Fred Jowett worked as the Interim Chief Architect at Moteefe from August 2020 to July 2021, and then as the Founder of Stellar Spiral Ltd from July 2020 to August 2022. Currently, Fred Jowett is working as the Head of Product at Moteefe since August 2022.

Fred Jowett obtained a BSc degree in Physics with Astrophysics from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a PhD in Radio Astronomy at the same institution, completing their doctoral studies from 1992 to 1995.
