James Lo

James Lo is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a diverse background in leadership and strategy. As Co-Founder and CEO of Ethos since September 2023, James is focused on reinventing access to human expertise, supported by prominent investors and AI experts. Additionally, as a Venture Partner at maze impact, James contributes to impact investing addressing critical societal challenges. Previously, James co-founded and led Mana, successfully raising over £2M from top-tier investors. At SoftBank Vision Fund, James played a key role in the turnaround team during the WeWork IPO crisis and earlier served as a Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where expertise was developed in growth strategies across various sectors. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Government from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an International Baccalaureate Bilingual Diploma from Diocesan Boys' School.
