Ha Nguyen is the Deputy HR Director at MB AGEAS LIFE. Previously, at VINFAST, Ha worked as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing talent acquisition activities for various departments. Prior to VINFAST, Ha worked at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank as a Senior Recruiter and Employer Branding Leader, responsible for refreshing and redefining the company's Employer Branding. Ha also has experience as a Recruitment Specialist at Prudential Assurance. Ha holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Paris Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business English from Foreign Trade University.
