Martin Leonard-Smith is a Senior Principal Systems Engineer at MBDA, with extensive experience in systems engineering and project management across various prestigious organizations. At MBDA, Martin has contributed significantly to a Mission Data Generation program within the EWOS domain, implementing Agile Software Development processes while managing system requirements and testing. Prior to this, Martin worked at Lockheed Martin in roles ranging from Senior Systems Engineer to Staff System Engineer, leading systems integration and test efforts on various programs, including Automated Sense and Warn capabilities. Martin began a career in engineering with a Graduate Research Engineer position, holding a degree in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Kent.
