Prior to this, Matt H. served as Chief Financial Officer at Addison Group London from June 2014 to April 2018, where significant achievements included enhancing financial strategy post-merger and developing new pricing strategies. Earlier roles include managing internal audits and financial reporting at B to D Group and Landor Associates.
