Pedro Felipe Gardeazábal Rodríguez

Pedro Felipe Gardeazábal Rodríguez, PhD, currently serves as a Staff Scientist and Product Manager at MBF Bioscience since November 2022. Previously, Pedro held the position of Senior Research Associate in Optics and Machine Learning at The George Washington University from December 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included developing high-resolution optical microscopes, image reconstruction algorithms, and machine learning models. Prior experience includes roles at Thorlabs as an Application Scientist and Systems Design Engineer, a Postdoctoral Scholar at UCLA, and doctoral research at Pierre and Marie Curie University. Pedro's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Physics (Optics) from Pierre and Marie Curie University, an MS in Applied and Fundamental Physics from Paris-Sud University, and a Diploma in Physics from Universidad de Los Andes.
