1. Deputy Managing Director at MBM Group since June 2022. Responsibilities include overseeing merchandising functions, operations, compliance activities, capacity planning, order allocations, and representing the company in negotiations with customers and suppliers. Also, head of implementing Lean Procedure and 5S.
2. Vice President, Operation & Merchandising at MBM Group since January 2010. Involved in capacity planning, order allocations, future bookings, and playing a lead role in the company's future goals and direction. Represented the company and MD in overseas trips, and served as the head of implementing Lean Procedure and 5S.
3. CEO at Cutting Edge Industries ltd. (MBM Group) since August 2014. Head of both manufacturing units, responsible for marketing, costing, capacity utilization, operations, compliance, CSR, and designing in-house ERP.
4. General Manager at MBM Garments Ltd from October 2006 to January 2010. In charge of the Mirpur unit, overseeing operations, merchandising, compliance, costings, introducing new clients, and being the compliance and quality point person for Levi's product safety. Additionally, designed and formulated the company's operational policies and guidelines.
5. Manager at MBM Garments Ltd from July 2000 to September 2006.
6. Merchandising Officer at MBM Garments Ltd from June 1996 to June 2000. Responsible for ensuring efficient operation throughout the process, coordinating with production units, and maintaining relationships with foreign buyers and suppliers.
