John Devlin

John joined MBO in December 2020 and is responsible for managing MBO’s professional services enterprise clients. John works closely with new and existing clients to enable their strategic initiatives via MBO’s workforce management solutions and programs.

Prior to joining MBO, John has worked for several leading management consulting organizations, including Accenture and most recently Cognizant, managing enterprise-wide business and technology transformation initiatives for his clients.

John has more than 20 years of leadership, management consulting, and technology experience growing services-based companies. He has worked with many Fortune 500 companies across several verticals including healthcare, financial services, and technology. John has also worked with many of the leading vendor management and managed services providers in both professional services and product leadership roles.

John holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University (Denver, CO) and a BA in Computer Science from Saint John’s University (Collegeville, MN).
