Kevin McGrath

Kevin McGrath is an Optical AIT Engineer at MBRYONICS, focusing on the research and development of free space optical communication terminals. Experience includes optical design and terminal analysis using Zemax Optical Studio, along with testing optical components in clean room environments. Prior roles include a researcher at FOCAS Research Institute, where Kevin explored Sol-gel materials for holographic wavefront sensing, and a member of EuroMoonMars, contributing to various outreach and research initiatives related to space exploration. Additional experience includes high-altitude research campaigns in the Atacama Desert and serving as the commander of an international research team during an analog astronaut mission. Kevin holds a degree in Physics Technology from Technological University Dublin.
