Stephen Juge

Stephen Juge serves as Corporate Counsel at Mercedes-Benz USA since October 2021 and teaches as an Adjunct Professor in the Clinical Program Transactional M&A track at Tulane University Law School since January 2016. Previous legal experience includes roles as an Attorney at Axiom and Managing Partner at Stephen Douglas Juge LLC, specializing in international business transactions. Stephen Juge also held prominent positions with Heenan Paris LLP, Siemens, SMARTRAC N.V., Gemalto, and The Walt Disney Company, overseeing legal affairs, corporate governance, and complex transactions. An alumnus of the University of Oxford and Tulane University Law School, Stephen Juge possesses extensive expertise in international business law, compliance, and risk management.
