Brian Kearney

Brian Kearney serves as the Chief Operating Officer for MC Companies, a well-known real estate investment, development, and management firm, since November 2023. Previously, Kearney held the COO role at Greenlight Communities, overseeing operations for a multifamily development and construction company from April to September 2023. From February 2015 to April 2023, Kearney was the First Vice President of Development at Catellus Development Corporation, where efforts as the master developer of Arizona State University's Athletic Facilities District were launched. Kearney also led Gray Development as President from 2007 to 2015, a company recognized multiple times as a top multifamily builder. Earlier, Kearney served as President and CEO of Downtown Phoenix Partnership and as Economic Development Administrator for the City of Phoenix. Kearney holds a Master of Public Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado State University.
