Egidijus Skrodenis is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in mobility, innovation, and transport systems. Currently serving as a Mobility and Innovation Partner at MC Mobility Consultants GmbH and a Business Development Manager at NORMALis.TECH, Egidijus also co-founded MAGIC BROTH and Curtains Calculator. Previously, Egidijus held key roles such as Head of the Intelligent Transport Systems Group at INFOBALT and Partner at CIVITTA. Academic contributions include lecturing at VILNIUS TECH on various subjects related to transport and civil engineering. With dual MBA degrees from ISM University of Management and Economics and BI Norwegian Business School, along with a rich educational background in Civil Engineering, Egidijus is actively engaged in advancing intelligent transport solutions and urban planning.

History and Background Founded in 2011 by a successful team of former employees of German Railways (Deutsche Bahn International) based in Vienna, MC Mobility Consultants GmbH has built upon its foundations in railway engineering, international transport legislation and institutional reform to find outstanding success in transport and planning sectors around the world. Today, we have worked on projects in more than 40 countries, completed over 100 projects, and expanded our services. Location and Staff Having expanded our operations in recent years, MC Mobility Consultants has built a dynamic team that operates from four locations: our headquarters in Vienna (Austria), our Baltic regional office located in Vilnius (Lithuania), our transport operations design studio in Belgrade (Serbia) and office in Asia in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan). All our staff members are seasoned experts in their respective fields. They have experience from projects all around the world, most notably in the European Union, United States, Balkans, South Africa, and Central/Southeast Asia. They have gained years of knowledge and technical expertise and are able to transform global best practices into local action for our clients. In addition to our full-time staff, MC Mobility Consultants is able to leverage a network of international subject matter experts, who hold senior positions in government and transportation organizations, all around the world.
