Trishauna Bernard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service coordination and customer service. Since September 2018, Trishauna has held the position of Service Coordinator and previously served as Service Dispatcher at Management Control Systems Limited (MC Systems). Prior to this, Trishauna worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Conduent from October 2015 to April 2018. Trishauna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean, completed in 2023.
