Previously, Zachary worked as a Transportation Planner for Carrboro, NC, from February 2018 to January 2022, managing traffic data collection, developing maps and analyses, conducting public outreach, and representing the town in various regional committees. Prior experience includes roles as a Transportation Planner at VHB, where involvement included NCDOT project traffic forecasting, and as a Planner 2 at CDM Smith. Zachary's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a Transportation Planning specialization from Florida State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
