Ellen served as the Senior Vice President and Leader of the Nonprofit Practice at McAllister & Quinn starting from December 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at the same company from January 2007 to December 2021, where they led the firm's nonprofit practice. Before joining McAllister & Quinn, Ellen Riddleberger worked as the Chief of Staff for Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard from 1995 to 2006.
Ellen Riddleberger completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1989 to 1993. Ellen then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Political Science at Stanford University from 1994 to 1995.
