Libby Foley

Libby Foley's work experience includes serving as the Managing Director of Federal Affairs at McAllister & Quinn starting from July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Legislative Assistant for Rep. Betty McCollum (D-MN-04) in the U.S. House of Representatives from February 2016 to July 2022. Libby also worked at the Environmental Working Group, where they held various roles such as Policy Analyst, Government Affairs Associate, and Administrative Assistant from July 2011 to January 2016. Additionally, Libby worked as an Intern for Senator Mark Kirk in the United States Senate from January 2011 to July 2011. Libby also gained experience as a Government Affairs Intern at the Alaska Wilderness League and as an Intern for Representative Louise Slaughter in the U.S. House of Representatives. Libby began their professional journey as a Research Assistant and later took on an Independent Study role at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Libby Foley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies, Political Science, and Geoscience at Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they also had a brief study abroad experience at Florence University of the Arts. Prior to attending college, they studied at Canterbury School from 2004 to 2006.
