Peter Ryan, CPA, CA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Peter began their career in 2007 as a Corporate Accountant at Unilever. In 2008, they joined EY and held various positions such as Senior Accountant, Audit Manager, and ultimately Senior Manager until 2019. During their time at EY, Peter gained valuable experience in accounting and auditing. In 2010, they also worked as a Tax Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto. Since 2019, Peter has been working at MCAN Mortgage Corporation, initially as the Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting and later as the Vice President and Controller. Their roles at MCAN have given him the opportunity to apply their expertise in financial management and control.
Peter Ryan, CPA, CA completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University from 2004 to 2008. Peter also studied at the Stockholm School of Economics in 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounting.
