Sushanta Sen has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Sushanta began their career at RBC in 1990, where they served as a Manager of Customer Service until 1995. Sushanta then transitioned to the role of Manager of Personal Banking in 1996 for a year. In 1998, Sushanta joined RBC as a Senior Account Manager until 2004. After leaving RBC, they moved to MCAP in 2004 as a Business Development Manager, a position they held until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Sushanta worked as an Associate Director of Sales at MCAP, and in 2022, they were promoted to become the Director of Sales.
Sushanta Sen completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) (Hon.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, between 1984 and 1987.
