Allan Freed is the Group Head of Human Resources and Head of Culture & Leadership at MCB Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Allan served as Principal Consultant at The RBL Group from 2007 to September 2022, focusing on executive development and performance optimization for client organizations. Allan's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager for Australia and New Zealand at Melaleuca Inc. from January 2005 to December 2007, where responsibilities spanned sales, marketing, human resources, operations, and finance. Allan Freed holds a BA (Hons) in Politics and Business Law from the University of Stirling, earned from 1996 to 2000.
