Odile Nalletamby Aliphon has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Development COE and the Manager of the HR Strategic Office at MCB Group since April 2008. In these roles, Odile drives strategic HR initiatives utilizing agile project management principles and leads a team focused on Project Leads, People Analytics, and HRMS. Prior to this, Odile held various positions at IBL Group, including Human Resource Officer, and gained experience as a Talent Management Specialist and HR Business Partner. Odile holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc (Hons) in Management from the University of Mauritius.
