Dan Sullivan

Dan Sullivan, CAM, has extensive experience in property management, having served as Assistant General Manager at McCaffery Interests since March 2012, overseeing day-to-day operations, marketing, lease renewals, and financial management. Prior to this role, Dan worked at Ludwig and Company in a similar capacity and gained foundational experience as a Leasing Consultant with Lincoln Property Company. Dan's career also includes diverse roles, such as Futures Trader at Sharmac Capital and President/Owner of First Cut Lawn Care. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Central Michigan University and is a graduate of Detroit Catholic Central.
