Shishir Saurabh

Shishir Saurabh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the consumer goods sector. Currently serving as an Area Sales Manager for McCain Foods since January 2022, Shishir manages modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce for Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, leading a team of over 50 indirect reports. Responsibilities include outlet expansion, asset deployment, and managing key accounts such as Reliance and Spencers. Prior to McCain Foods, Shishir held positions at Paytm as an Area Sales Manager and participated in the Sales Leadership Program at Reckitt. Shishir also gained consulting experience at Enlighted Inc. in 2014-2016. Educational qualifications include a PGDM from Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
