Shane Fahy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law. Since April 2004, Shane has held various roles at McCann FitzGerald LLP, currently serving as a Partner and Head of Real Estate, following a prior position as an Associate in the same department. Before this, Shane practiced as an Associate Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills from September 1997 to February 2004, beginning as a Trainee Solicitor. Shane also gained valuable experience as a Stagiaire at the European Commission in 1996. Academic credentials include a B.C.L. and LL.M. from University College Cork, a Legal Practice Course from The University of Law, and ongoing studies in French law at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
