Annie Hou

Annie Hou is an accomplished data science and AI professional with a robust background spanning multiple leadership roles. Currently serving as the SVP - Global Head of Data & AI at McCann Worldgroup since January 2024, Annie focuses on integrating creative intelligence with diverse data sources to drive growth and enhance communication strategies. Previously, Annie held the position of SVP - Global Head of AI & Behavioural Sciences at MRM, where the emphasis was on understanding consumer behavior through advanced AI techniques. Annie's extensive experience includes leadership roles in data science at Choreograph, GroupM, and Sandtable, where efforts were directed towards innovative data-driven solutions and modeling human behavior. With a strong academic foundation in Physics and Astronomy, including a Ph.D. from McMaster University, Annie combines rigorous scientific research with practical data applications to deliver impactful insights across various sectors.
