Nicolas Guzman

Nicolas Guzman currently serves as EVP and Global Business Leader at McCann Worldgroup, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Guzman held similar roles as EVP and Global Business Leader at MRM//McCann from January 2020 to January 2024 and managed McCann XBC from February 2017 to January 2020 as Managing Director. Prior to these roles, Guzman served as CEO of McCann Mexico City from September 2011 to January 2017 and as a Fellow at Victoria147. Guzman also has a notable background in leadership positions such as President of the EFFIE AWARDS in 2015 and President of the Board of Directors for the Mexican Advertising Agency Association (AMAP) from January 2013 to January 2015. Earlier career experiences include serving as Executive VP of Strategy, Development & Growth at McCann Worldgroup Mexico and Managing Director at McCann Paris, where responsibilities included leading Cereal Partners Worldwide across multiple markets. Guzman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Political Science, Philosophy, and Quantum Physics from Colgate University.
