Shilpa Sinha

Shilpa Sinha currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)-APAC at McCann Worldgroup, a role held since August 2023. Prior to this, Shilpa was Head of Strategy & Transformation at McCann Moscow from October 2019 to April 2022, overseeing a diverse client portfolio that included major brands such as L'Oreal and Coca-Cola. Shilpa also held the position of Head of Planning at Grey Moscow and FCB Moscow, contributing to the strategic planning functions for high-profile clients. Early career experiences include Planning Director for Lincoln at GTB, Vice President-Planning at Ogilvy, and various marketing roles at Unilever, culminating in the position of Chief Marketing Officer for Lakme Lever. Shilpa began the professional journey at CRY, focusing on resource generation for underprivileged children. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
