Vladimir Monroe

Vladimir Monroe is an experienced professional in community engagement and compliance, currently serving as the Workforce & Community Engagement Director at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since June 2025. Prior to this role, Monroe worked at Ameren as a Supplier Enablement Specialist from April 2022 to June 2025. Monroe's extensive background includes leadership positions at the St. Louis Development Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed directing minority business development and managing compliance programs, as well as serving as a Compliance Officer for the City of Chicago. Additional experience includes civic engagement as an elected board member and commissioner, alongside military service in the US Navy.
