Leroy Barnes Jr. has been a director of McClatchy since September 2000.
Barnes is the retired vice president and treasurer for PG&E Corporation, a position he held from 2001 to 2005. From 1997 to 2001, Barnes was vice president and treasurer of Gap, Inc.
