Jodi Wellhoefer

Jodi Wellhoefer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic risk advisory and human resources management. Currently serving as a Strategic Risk Advisor at McClone since January 2018, Jodi previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Outlook Group from January 2016 to January 2018. Prior to that, Jodi was the VP of Fairwater Operations at Badger Mining Corp. from March 2008 to October 2015, where responsibilities included leading a team of 40 plant associates and fostering a positive and collaborative culture. Earlier roles at Badger Mining included Training & Staffing Associate, where Jodi was involved in recruitment and staffing across multiple facilities. Jodi’s career began at SEEK Careers/Staffing as District Team Leader, overseeing the financial performance of four locations. Jodi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
