Michael Harter has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael started their career as a Claims Representative at GEICO in 1994 and later moved to Commercial Union in 1996 to work in the same role. In 1998, they joined The Cincinnati Insurance Companies as a Senior Claims Representative, where they worked for nine years. Since 2007, Michael has been associated with McConkey Insurance & Benefits, initially serving as Executive Vice President/Principal. Currently, they hold the position of President & CEO/Principal at the company. McConkey Insurance & Benefits is a well-established insurance brokerage firm that specializes in providing financial security for businesses in the Mid-Atlantic region.
